
INDUCTION COURSES FOR CARE WORKER & CARE ASSISTANTS
Courses can be delivered usually over half a day and up to 5 days, either in your organisations premises or in one of our venues. We can arrange training delivery nearer to your place for convenience. You'll gain an understanding of the various skills needed to be effective in any care setting such as nursing home, residential home, learning disabilities, hospital and learn about the GSCC Code of Practice for Social Care Workers and the responsibilities of the care worker. There are also opportunities for you to learn about monitoring vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rates, blood glucose monitoring etc. for working in the hospital settings.
